Louise Bergeron

Louise has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Marketing from Carleton University in Ottawa. Since graduating Louise has developed a long career in financing where she progressed from credit underwriter, commercial banking analyst, risk analyst, and new business development. During her 15-year career with TD Bank Group Louise managed a mid to large business portfolio of 80 to 100 clients in various markets (professionals, construction, real estate development, retirement living, forestry and mining support) and with credit requirements in excess of $100,000,000. This role allowed her to expand skills in financial and risk assessment, client management and relationship building, and time management.
Louise recently worked with MNP, a Canadian based professional services firm, where she participated in the management of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation. Her role included risk management, credit structuring and client management.
Louise joined the Commerce Management Group team in December 2022 as Operations Director where she is tasked with deal flow management, policy and procedure implementation and team support and guidance. Her career experience provides the skills and insight to ensure projects are managed effectively and efficiently, while meeting client’s needs.
